How to refrain from those negative thoughts. I’m sure you’re all worried about finals, but how do we keep our minds looking forward to things?

With Christmas break coming up,  I’m sure we are all stoked for our plans to come up, but how do we help ourselves away from negative thoughts? Keep your mind focused on upcoming events, this will help you relax. Take a day after your hard work to breath and rebuild yourself. One last thing that you can do to stay positive is write out what emotions you are feeling and how they’re affecting you. This will help you control your emotions.

One last note is to keep it one day at a time, don’t overwhelm yourself, and enjoy this break!
